Please read through the terms and conditions carefully before registering with Maelo Moves. When signing up to become an online member at Maelo Moves, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions clearly stated on Maelo Moves website ‘www.maelomoves.com’. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. USE OF SERVICES
1.1. REGISTRATION
It is required to register an account with Maelo Moves via the website to access certain features and services to become a member. You must provide accurate and complete information required during the registration process and take responsibility for keeping your login information secure.
1.2. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to engage in any activities that violate these terms and conditions or any applicable laws. This includes but is not limited to:
- Misusing, sharing, posting, or transmitting any content that is found on this website. Especially sharing videos and accounts with non-members.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
- Interfering with the operation of our services.
1.3. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
1.3.1. BILLING
To the amount permitted by applicable law, subscriptions will automatically renew after each subscription period until you decide to cancel. Your payment method will be charged at the beginning of each subscription period. Our online 7-day free trial is only available to brand new sign-ups of Maelo Moves. Following your 7-day free trial period, your account will be charged via your chosen payment method unless you cancel before those 7 days.
1.3.2. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Maelo Moves memberships are non-refundable once purchased and can only be cancelled for the next payment period (monthly/quarterly/yearly). There are no credits refunded for partially used periods. However, following a cancellation, your account will remain the same with full member access to the Maelo Moves platform until the end of your current billing period. If a member is unsatisfied with the services provided by Maelo Moves or believes that they may be entitled to a refund, then Maelo Moves requires the member to contact them directly at info@maelomoves.com. The member needs to outline why they believe they’re entitled to a refund with attached medical certificates if relevant, so an adequately response can be applied to the request.
1.3.3. HOLDS
Maelo Moves does not offer hold of accounts. A member is welcome to cancel their membership at any time with all contracts offering a no-lock in contract. The member can reactivate their account at any time and repurchase a new membership. If a member wants to discuss this further or believes they have reasoning behind wanting to put their account on hold, Maelo Moves then requires the member to be in contact directly to info@maelomoves.com where Maelo Moves can sufficiently respond to their request.
2. CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
2.1. OWNERSHIP
We retain all rights, title, and interest in our website, services, and content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services in accordance with these terms.
2.2. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
By submitting content to our platform (e.g., reviews, comments, feedback), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your content.
3. PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION
Our data collection and use practices are governed by our privacy policy. By using our services, you agree to our collection and use of your data in accordance with this policy.
4. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and our services at any time. You will be notified of material changes. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these changes.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY’
Maelo Moves is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use our services.
5.1. INJURIES
When participating in any sort of exercise, there is the possibility of injury whether physical or mental. If you engage in any class/classes with Maelo Moves, you are agreeing to do so off your own accord i.e., voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge Maelo Moves, or any person or entity involved with Maelo Moves from all losses, liabilities, injuries and/or damages resulting from any and all claims.
5.2. CLASS PARTICIPATION
By participating in a class with Maelo Moves, you have full understanding that the instructor may suggest physical adjustments, movements or add the use of equipment to classes and it is your accountability to decide if any such suggested adjustments, movements or equipment is suitable for your level of movement, physical and mental condition. Participating in any form of exercise with Maelo Moves is performed completely at your own risk. You should seek medical advice prior to commencing any exercise, class, program or before using any suggested equipment, shown in any of the video clips on the platform for your own safety.
5.3. PREGNANCY
If you are prenatal, it is not recommended to do our classes until we have stated our classes are safe to do so. If you are postnatal and have had the clearance from your doctor to return to intense exercise without an instructor present, then you can at your own risk complete Maelo Moves classes. Maelo Moves still does not declare any of their classes to be pregnancy safe until they release a pregnancy library.
6. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these terms.
7. PERSONAL AGREEMENT
I agree that when engaging in any movement or advice through Maelo Moves, I take full responsibility and do so in my own accord. I understand that classes may be physically strenuous, and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, liabilities, or death. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind against Maelo Moves for any personal injury, losses, liabilities, or damages.
