ALIGN is our signature style that we just love and adore. A gorgeous blend of traditional and contemporary mat pilates, focusing on form, alignment, and technique. This low-impact movement will have you running back for more. Designed to tone and strengthen the whole body. Perfect class to add on your pilates equipment if you after that extra burn.
POISE.
Barre. Posture.

Say hello to POISE, where pilates meets ballet. Not only do we focus on your spinal alignment encouraging beautiful posture, we make sure you are getting that cheeky burn every class whilst lengthening and engaging. But don't worry, being a ballerina is not essential here. Think more dancer inspired pilates movement for all levels. Ps. you might want to find a chair for this one as we have lots of juicy standing classes in POISE.
SPICE.
Cardio. Strength. Sweat. Dynamic.
SPICE is the heat you desire. Think cardio, mini circuit training, high intensity, dynamic movement all aimed to make you sweat and increase your heart rate. Trust us when we say SPICE is going to get your endorphins pumping and stamina up, leaving you feeling energised for your day.
MELT.
Stretch. Slow Pace. Reset. Mindfulness.
If there is one class you will quickly become obsessed with, MELT is the one. We take you through essential warm ups and cool downs (we encourage this with every workout if you can squeeze it in). As well as targeted stretches for different muscle groups, improving your flexibility and relieving muscle tension. MELT will leave you feeling calm, centred and ready for your next workout.
